Everyone needs a good classic chocolate chip cookie. These chocolate chip cookies are the best basic cookie. They are simple, no browning sugar, no chilling, just everyday ingredients.

Cookies are my favourite treat to make. They are super easy, and take less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish.

I’ve spent months trying to create the perfect cookie recipe. One that is easy to make, tasty, and turns out perfect every time.

Make sure you use pretty cold butter, and not softened/room temp butter. This gives you the perfect shape and texture, and means you don’t need to chill the dough.
