Carrot Cake Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tin Sweetend condensed milk (300ml)
  • 1 ½ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots

Instructions
 

  • Combine brown sugar and vegetable oil until incorperated.
  • Add baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Mix until incorperated.
  • Add eggs and sweetened condensed milk and mix.
  • Add flour and mix until half-way incorperated. Add in shredded carrots and mix until flour is just mixed in. Do not over mix.
  • Pour into a parchment lines loaf tin and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely and spread the desired amount of cream cheese onto. Slice and enjoy.
